Process & timeline
We gather event specs — stage dimensions, technical rider, run-sheet and branding. Site visit or venue plans ensure accurate rigging and sightline planning. Typical lead time: 4–8 weeks.
Mood boards, material palettes and scaled mock-ups are delivered for approval. We account for lighting, camera angles and presenter movement.
Installation is coordinated with AV and venue teams. We perform a final check and maintain blooms on multi-day events. Install windows are planned to minimize disruption.
